  • RESTART Thames Valley (Prison Leavers Project) impact evaluation

    The Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Thames Valley is looking to commission a service provider to design, develop and deliver a suitable impact evaluation model of the RESTART Thames Valley project. The Restart pilot model was designed to help reduce reoffending of prisoners being released into the Thames Valley, a gap in terms of support and engagement for an identified cohort having been identified. The key element linked to breaking the cycle of reoffending was providing support to prisoners prior to and post-release from prison. Further background details on RESTART Thames Valley can be found in Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) document. The length of the contract term is for 12 months with a value of up to £45,000.
