Summary
This programme will award grants to projects lasting up to 12 months which enable and deliver accessible mental health and wellbeing support for those with seldom heard needs in Armed Forces communities.Projects should address the unique mental health and wellbeing needs of marginalised groups focusing on prevention and early intervention.
Eligibility
We invite applications from:
UK based registered charities.
Community interest Company (CIC) with substantial recentexperience of supporting Armed Forces communities.
Objectives
The Trust are looking for projects meet all of the following outcomes:
Build collaborative partnerships between Armed Forces organisations and specialist non- Armed Forces organisations.
Identify and address known and unknown gaps in service provision for the Armed Forces community.
Provide accessible, preventable and defined interventions.
Enhance awareness and understanding among mainstream voluntary sector organisations of the unique needs of the Armed Forces community and create ongoing support opportunities.
Dates
There will be two deadlines for applications.If you apply by 12 noon on 11 September 2024, you willreceive a decision before end of December 2024.If you apply by 12 noon on 8 January 2025, you will receive adecision before end of April 2025.
